BUDLEIGH Salterton police are appealing for witnesses after a home in Copp Hill Lane was burgled at the end of January.
Officers said it was unclear what was stolen.
An attempted burglary also took place at the property sometime between February 1 and 8.
Officers said the culprit attempted to gain entry to the home through the conservatory.
Nothing was stolen, but damage was caused to the frame.
