DARING staff at a bakery in Budleigh Salterton dressed up as fairies to raise money for Children in Need.
Lawn Bakery, based at The Lawn, raised �555 last week. As well as the fancy dress theme, a raffle was also held.
Ann James, the owner’s mother, said: “We do something for Children in Need every year. It is such a good, worthwhile cause to support.
“We certainly turned a few heads among the people of Budleigh Salterton with what we were wearing.”
The Bakery has been running in Budleigh Salterton for nearly 20 years.
