Collision appeal: Budleigh Salterton police are appealing for witnesses after an elderly driver was involved in an accident in the High Street.
Officers said the accident occurred on the road close to the Spar shop, shortly before midday on Friday, July 8.
PC Simon Evans said a collision occurred shortly after the vehicle had been driven from a nearby car park. A flower bed had been damaged.
