A couple who have moved to Budleigh Salterton have become the 100th homebuyers to move into a Blue Cedar Homes property.

Blue Cedar Homes welcomed Mr and Mrs Stuart to their new home in Budleigh Salterton.

Graham and Susan Stuart have become the company’s 100th homebuyers after moving into their detached house at The Gardens, Park Lane.

The Gardens is Blue Cedar Homes’ third development in Budleigh Salterton and became the destination of choice for Graham and Susan Stuart when they decided it was time for a change of lifestyle.

Susan Stuart said: “When we decided to downsize from our larger four-bedroom property in Budleigh, we knew we didn’t want to move too far as we have grown to love this beautiful town and have family nearby.”

Having moved all around the world for Graham’s job as a logistics manager, including several years spent in southern India, the couple were keen to continue travelling in their retirement.
