Budleigh set for fundraising Dick Whittington panto

Budleigh Salterton Carnival Club will be presenting their pantomime Dick Whittington on Saturday, January 6, at the Public Hall, Station Road.

A post-Christmas panto is being held in Budleigh Salterton to raise funds for good causes in the area.

Budleigh Salterton Carnival Club is organising the pantomime Dick Whittington at the Public Hall, Station Road, on Saturday (January 6).

Wonder Productions are again being welcomed back to perform from 7.30pm, with doors opening at 6.30pm.

The carnival club is looking ahead to another busy season on the East Devon circuit after an award-winning season in 2017.

Preparations are set to get underway on this year’s float as the club looks to repeat its success from last year.

Budleigh was also granted a permanent place on the East Devon Circuit after its inaugural event was successful. This year’s carnival will take place on Saturday, September 28.

Tickets for the panto, available on a first-come-first-serve basis, are available from the Public Hall, the Card Shop Too, in High Street, and from Julie by ringing 01395 442067.
