THE following planning applications for properties in Brixington were been backed by town planners on Monday:

34 Vansittart Drive- installation of roof lights to front and rear roof slope; 121 St Johns Road- construction of rear conservatory.
52 Anson Road - replacement rear conservatory; 2 Thornfield Close - insertion of side elevation window for loft conversion.
21 Willow Avenue - extension to front elevation including alterations to the roof.

No objections for any of the applications had been lodged at the time of decision and the plans will now go on to be determined by district planners.
