Exmouth qualified for the contest, in the category for large coastal towns, following previous success in the South West in Bloom competition.

Exmouth in Bloom chairman Ann Wheeler said: “It is an honour to be selected as a national finalist. Exmouth in Bloom is proud to represent the South West.

“We are delighted to have achieved a silver gilt award.

“It is a tribute to everyone who contributes throughout the year to make Exmouth a beautiful place for both residents and visitors to enjoy.”
