Conservative pair Maddy and David Chapman took seats in the Exmouth Brixingham ward along with Independent Trevor Cope in the District Elections.
Trevor Cope was re-elected with 894 votes having left the Lib Dems last year and stood as an independent candidate. Conservatives David and Maddy Chapman won seats with 800 and 777 votes respectively.
Labour’s Stuart Fegan (335 votes), UKIP’S John Hone (366 votes), Conservative Cherry Nicholas (714 votes), Lib Dems Brian Toye (408 votes) and Andrew Toye (407 votes), and independent Jeff Trail (730 votes) were defeated.
