Children from Topsham Primary School got into fancy dress as part of their Book Character Day.

Pupils took inspiration from titles such as The Boy in a Dress, Pippy Longstocking and The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe for their costumes.

Youngsters Sol Turl and Henry Carr even dressed up as a couple of crayons to mark the occasion.
