THE owners of a property in Alexandra Terrace are to appeal after district planners refused the building of a new house.
The applicants had applied to demolish a garage and build a new house at 10 Alexandra Terrace.
But district planners objected on the grounds of gross over development, loss of light, invasion of privacy to neighbouring properties, parking issues, out of keeping with the area and that it would set a precedent for the area if the development went ahead.
