As residents of Exmouth, we have to endure endless vandalism. But, now, easily the worst piece of vandalism to the town I have seen has been carried out by the council.
Cutting down the trees around The Strand has truly robbed the area of its character and feel.
While the pedestrianisation of The Strand is laudable (if 20 years too late), to denude the area of its charm is criminal.
