THREE villages have been invited to help Clinton Devon Estates celebrate the official opening of their award winning Rolle Estates Office at Bicton Arena.

THREE villages have been invited to help Clinton Devon Estates celebrate the official opening of their award winning Rolle Estates Office at Bicton Arena.

The invitation-only event in April is open to their 'neighbours'; the residents of Otterton, East Budleigh and Colaton Raleigh.

Villagers will have the chance to see the Estates' new headquarters which has received numerous awards for its design, construction and energy-saving features.

And they will also have a chance to find out more about the 20 year restoration programme for the historic Grade 1 listed parkland, which is home to the Rolle Estates Office, and Clinton Devon Estates' future plans.

Clinton Devon Estates manages 25,000 acres of land across East and North Devon, including, farmland, woodland, the East Devon Pebblebed Heaths and both residential and commercial properties.

Estates Director John Varley said: "The development of our new headquarters at Bicton Arena has been a catalyst for the restoration of this beautiful and historic Grade 1 parkland. It was previously in a fragile state and although we are still in the initial stages of the 20 year programme we are very keen to share with our neighbours the progress we have made so far."
