So, yet again, the economic tail is wagging the political dog! Money talks so loudly it seems deaf to the voices of principle and protest. Have our councillors and council officers not heard our complaints about the ethics and economics of ASDA/Walmart

So, yet again, the economic tail is wagging the political dog! Money talks - so loudly it seems deaf to the voices of principle and protest. Have our councillors and council officers not heard our complaints about the ethics and economics of ASDA/Walmart?Those who have now chosen this delinquent corporation as their 'preferred partner' for the regeneration of our vibrant town have surely sunk to new depths of political ineptitude and economic incompetence. I am now afraid that they will face objections and direct action which will cost them dearly.Reverend David J Harris,39 Halsdon Road, Exmouth.
