Appeal after Exmouth home bombarded by eggs

Police are keen to trace the culprit repeatedly throwing eggs at a pensioner’s home in Withycombe Raleigh.

Devon and Cornwall Police are appealing to anyone who may have seen someone acting suspiciously in the Green Close area to get in touch,

Police community support officer Chris Ball said: “The elderly lady who lives there does not understand why she is being singled out.”

He added: “Anyone who notices any odd behaviour in the immediate area, or who is experiencing similar, is urged to call the police.”
