Thank you, Budleigh Journal, for highlighting the appalling way that some people in Budleigh Salterton behave when faced with any changes that might happen.

I refer to last week's Journal, in which a woman was reported as saying she was glad that Cllr Franklin was ill. The bullying nature of this incident, I am sure, is common in many planning issues and it is disgrace.
I am glad that the next generation who live in Budleigh are a much more open-minded bunch and I can see the town thriving.
