Andrew Cane trial: jury retires to consider verdict

The jury sitting on the trial of Andrew Cane have begun their deliberations. Cane stands accused of murdering his mum, Linda Sheard.
Jurors in the trial of an Exmouth man accused of murdering his mum last July have retired to consider their verdict.
Andrew Cane. 31, has admitted killing Linda Sheard, 63, at her Port Mer Close home, in Brixington, during an argument over his drug taking.
Cane, who is on trial at Exeter Crown Court, denies murdering his mum.
