An Exmouth residential home has received positive feedback following an unannounced inspection.

Manor Lodge, in Portland Avenue, has been labelled as ‘good’ in a report by the Care Quality Commission after two inspections in December.

The report said: “The home was very clean and tidy throughout and had a pleasant welcoming homely feeling.

“There were sufficient and suitable staff to keep people safe and meet their needs. People received their prescribed medicines on time and in a safe way.”
