THE public get the chance to quiz ambulance bosses at a special meeting next week.

The board meeting of South Western Ambulance Service NHS Trust will be held in the board room at 1.30pm on Thursday November 27.

Trust chief executive Ken Wenman, said: "As an aspirant foundation trust we aim to give people a bigger say in how their ambulance service is run.

"The care and safety of patients, along with the health and wellbeing of our staff remain firmly at the top of our agenda and I would encourage people to come along to this meeting to find out about the exciting range of services we provide across the four counties of the south west."

Anyone is welcome to attend and ask questions but these need to be posed in advance.

If you would like to attend and do have a question please call Melodie Juste on 01392 261506.
