I was walking along the seafront last night and suddenly saw a weird luminous shape in the sky. It moved silently along the cliff, until it was hovering over the Longboat Cafe, bathing it in an unearthly light. Then a strange alien voice sounded. "Don't do it," it said,"don't do it. Leave it alone." Then it vanished as silently as it had come.
