Knock Rolle College down. Think the unthinkable, Rolle is a motley collection of out-of-date buildings, not fit for purpose in the 21st Century.
Exmouth is crying out for affordable social housing and the site would be perfect for this. Young families and people on low incomes would have close access to the town, transport and all local amenities.
The mixed diversity of 100-plus houses and flats would help boost the town’s economy and focus on its regeneration.
