EXMOUTH'S National Trust property A la Ronde is this month highlighting a miniature painting as its monthly object.
The miniature painting is of Mary Parminter - one of the cousins for whom A la Ronde was built in 1796.
The miniature was painted when Mary was aged around 18 years, before she embarked on her grand tour of Europe and prior to A la Ronde being built. It is the only known image of Mary in existence.
