The Devon Orchid Society is holding its 47th Annual Show at the Budleigh Salterton Public Hall this Saturday.
Taking place on Saturday May 4 from 10.30am to 4pm with displays of orchids from orchid societies across the southwest and orchid sales by some of the largest orchid nurseries in the UK.
The show also features 'stunning' orchid displays, poorly orchid diagnosis and re-potting, refreshments and raffle, orchids and sundries for sale and children go free with plenty of parking.
The Devon Orchid Society exists for the organisation of activities related to the cultivation of orchids by its members. It holds monthly meetings in Newton Abbot which features talks from members and guests, also holding an annual show in May. The show was cancelled in 2020 due to the covid pandemic but an online show took place instead.
