Thirteen not-for-profit organisations that work to benefit Exmouth residents have been awarded grants totalling £48,000 by the town council.
Its grant scheme supports community, voluntary and charitable organisations, providing one-off funding for small initiatives such as the provision of new equipment, and year-round financial support for services the council believes is important to local residents. Organisations also receive funding for providing a service on the council’s behalf.
The council’s finance committee approved the following grants at their meeting on Thursday, March 21:

“We are therefore delighted to be able to support all of these organisations with vital funding.”
