From Friday, March 1, East Devon Radio will rebrand itself to a new name that is very familiar in Devon.

DevonAir Radio will be effective from Friday, March 1. The team of presenters will still serve the East Devon area, but will also expand into Torbay and Teignbridge on DAB.

DevonAir Radio will continue to deliver news, and traffic updates, and Ben Clark will continue to greet listeners every weekday morning at 6 am.

Co-founder Andy Green will remain on Daytimes starting from 11 am, and Elliot Woodford will still lead the Drive show from 4 pm, the move will also include a lineup of evening and weekend shows.

DevonAir Radio has a storied history dating back to its cessation on the 31st December, 1994. East Devon Radio will continue to provide programming from their studio in Exmouth.

This marks the culmination of our journey over the past 10 years of broadcasting to become DevonAir Radio. We'll continue being the station listeners know and love, just with a new name that truly represents our location, while our music remains unchanged.
