New Space Architecture is excited to announce its recent acquisition of 16a Architecture in Topsham.

Established in 2005 as Ennerji Projects by Vaughn Allington, 16a Architecture underwent a rebrand in 2016, based in Topsham, Vaughn Allington, founding director and Zac May, design technician will join New Space Architecture this month.

Notable projects include collaborations with Budleigh Salterton Cricket Club, a project which has recently been completed, Exmouth Boxing Club, and the ‘Gather’ Bistro in Scotland.

The firm has also made a mark in the domestic sector, specialising in Class Q approval, with a current 100% success rate, house remodels, and extensions.

New Space Architecture, founded in 2016 by Mitch Temple, the firm has garnered acclaim both locally and nationally, having recently been selected as a regional South West winner for the LABC Best Partnership with a Local Authority Building Control Team Award for a second year running.
