"With the weather still poor it hasn't been possible to safely access the roof for repairs. We will update you again as soon as we have the safety sign off from the professionals

Queen's Drive was closed on Tuesday, after a six-foot sheet of shard metal smashed into a public area next to an Exmouth seafront attraction fortunately didn't hit anyone.

It was just one piece of damage across East Devon caused by Storm Henk.

The building was evacuated in the afternoon, and is still closed as building surveyors make sure the building is safe to re-open.
