As part of the Exmouth Christmas Village celebrations in the Strand this year, the combined Exmouth Churches are putting on a big-splash nativity event for all the family.
Under the banner Christmas Encounters, on Friday, December 22 from 10am until 4pm, there will be a range of free nativity-related fun events in the large Christmas Village marquee. As well as a café and bookshop, there will be the Salvation Army Brass Band, Messy Church children’s crafts, and a live nativity musical with a real donkey.
Children and adults are invited to dress-up for the nativity musical and join in with the singing (performances 10.30am and 1.30pm). There will also be children’s Christmas videos, a dress-up nativity photo booth for people to take their own Christmas photos, and the event will close with a Christmas carol selection by The Littleham Voices.
