Tickets are on sale now for a junior production of Matilda at Exmouth Community College in December.
The show runs from Monday, December 4 to Friday, December 8 with a 7pm start. The show is nearly sold out ( with around 200 people attending every night) and will take place in their newly opened drama studio at the school on Gipsy Lane.
A spokesman for the school said: "This is a really exciting and important event for the Community College. It is the first show in the school's brand-new theatre. It is also the first show to take place since the school took on a new head.
"Students have been working extremely hard and this is going to be a professional performance which not only showcases their talent but showcases the new building."
Based on the book by Dennis Kelly and with Tim Minchin doing the music and lyrics. Tickets are £10 available through the school's squid account or by calling the box office on 01395 255714.
