A charity fashion show at Exmouth clothing store Caramel raised £1,140 for Bowel Cancer UK.

The event was held at Caramel Exmouth boutique, with a limited 50 tickets available, tickets sold out within a week. 100 percent of the evening's ticket and raffle sales was donated to Bowel Cancer UK.

A sell-out evening of fashion, fizz and fun. The charity raffle is a big part of the evening and ticket sales for this go on sale prior to the event for those not able to make it on the night and to help raise even more for charity. Local businesses and the boutique’s own suppliers also supported the event by donating amazing prizes, this year was their best yet for a record amount of gorgeous giveaways.

Locals and avid Caramel shoppers flocked to the event to eagerly get a glimpse of the new AW23 must have pieces, key season colours, to see the latest trends and learn some nifty styling hacks.

Owner and business manager Sarah Simcock said:  "We have again been blown away by the generosity of our customers. Raising so much in one evening for such a worthwhile charity is wonderful.”

“Our gorgeous models did a fantastic job and looked amazing showcasing the latest Caramel pieces - the models are our friends and regular Caramel shoppers, so we really appreciate them giving up their time for the evening.”

"Guests sipped on complimentary bubbly as they were shown the new collections and given tips on how to style the latest trends - then given an exclusive on the night discount.

"Feedback has been great. Our customers love seeing the new season clothes and getting outfit inspiration - although the evening is not just about fashion, it’s also about coming together with friends, having fun and helping to raise money for an amazing cause in a lovely relaxed environment."

“As always we had fantastic raffle prizes, generously donated by many local businesses, so a massive thank you to everyone who supported the event.”
