House prices in East Devon have gone down by an average of over £4,000 in the month of February, according to figures from the Land Registry.

The latest data from the government department reveals that in February 2023 average house prices in East Devon reached £368,130.

This was down from £372,598 in January, representing a 1.2 per cent decrease. In the last 12 months it has risen by 8.8 per cent.
