Exmouth Choral Society is preparing for its final concert under the baton of musical director Laurence Blyth.

The choir and its professional orchestra will say farewell to Laurence - who has led the group since 2010 at the Exmouth Choral Society Spring Concert on Saturday, April 22 from 7pm at Holy Trinity Church, Exmouth

His chosen programme of music includes works by Edward Elgar and Ralph Vaughan Williams, together with French maestro Maurice Duruflé. 

Conductor Laurence Blyth said: “I’ve loved every minute of working with the Exmouth Choral Society. There have been some memorable highlights over the years, and I’ve always been blown away by the choir’s fearless approach to learning new music."
