The Budleigh Community Workshop is offering carpentry mornings every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday between 9.30am and 12.30pm.

Whether you are a complete beginner or more experienced, you can learn and develop your carpentry skills by working on a carpentry project of your choice.

The organisers can also help guests come up with a project idea.

Sessions are open to individuals and groups who would like to use the workshop facility to undertake personal or community carpentry projects - making from new, repairing or re-purposing.

Whether you are a complete beginner or a more experienced practitioner, everyone is welcome.

Space within the workshop means that the organisers can only accommodate small to medium projects that can be taken away at the end of each session.

They can provide advice on materials, recommending suitable timbers, finishes and suppliers, and they have a stock of practice wood for individuals to learn cutting and jointing techniques if necessary and machinery to make the process easier.

Drop into the Workshop any weekday morning 9-12 and speak to one of the team, or message via the website.
