The process allows the police to keep a comprehensive record of the issues and better placed to easily respond to residents' concerns.
The reference numbers are as follows:

* Dog fouling in Candys Field, Lympstone: KE/09/1257
* Anti-social behaviour, Underhill; Skateboarding and cycling facilities required in Candys Field, Lympstone: KE/09/1259.
* Cycle park and youth issues within the village of Woodbury: KE/09/1727.
* Speeding on Parsonage Way, Broadway and the B3179 in Woodbury: KE/09/1727.
