AN application for a number of changes to be made at 6 Elm Grove Avenue, Topsham, has been submitted to Exeter City Council.
The plans include calls for a lower ground, ground and first floor extension on the north west elevation with a balcony on the north east side.
Proposals also include a ground floor extension on the south west elevation, terracing at the lower ground level, an entrance forecourt, adjoining parking area and a garage to the north west side of the dwelling.
Hard and soft landscaping as well as pathways and further terracing feature in the application. The plans are currently in a consultation period.
Additional planning applications received by Exeter City Council include an extension on the south west elevation of a boatshed at 25 The Strand.
Plans for a ground floor extension on the north east elevation at 178 Topsham Road have been submitted to the local authority.
And, calls for the felling of five trees and the pruning of three at Riversmeet Cottage, Riversmeet, Topsham, has been submitted.
