EXMOUTH police are warning people to secure their bags after a handbag attached to a walking frame was this week stolen from the Magnolia Centre.
EXMOUTH police are warning people to secure their bags after a handbag attached to a walking frame was this week stolen from the Magnolia Centre.
The police said the handbag was stolen from inside a second bag.
Police community support officer Karen Capey urged people to make sure purses and wallets were kept in a secure place and out of sight.
She said: "Persons suffering from mobility issues are advised to use a carry belt around their waist."
