TODDLERS are doing their bit to keep East Budleigh pristine and after designing anti dog-fouling posters, are to display them around the village.
The toddlers, from Little Otters Pre-School, will be joined by responsible dog owners on November 3 around the village displaying their posters.
The scheme follows concerns from residents who highlighted dog fouling as a policing priority at a recent Partners and Communities Together meeting.
Police Community Support Officer Malcolm Maguire said: "...it centres on improving the quality of life and having pride in the village."
The village shop will be awarding a prize for the best poster and he added: "Drakes School have also undertaken the same project which they have embraced extremely enthusiastically."
The posters by Drakes School are on display in 'Fancy That' tea rooms.
