RE: Seafront parking spaces moved?
I was born in Exmouth, and frequently come 'home' to spend holidays in Exmouth.
My husband and I were in Exmouth last weekend and I experienced the aggressive tactics of cyclists on the pavement, whilst walking towards the harbour. The pavement is far too narrow, and the cyclist go far too fast. They tend to shout abusively at pedestrians, forgetting that we too need to enjoy ourselves.
I don't think joint usage of a pavement works.
