A TAXI driver dropping off two men to an address in Budleigh Salterton was left out of pocket when the pair made off without paying, the police said.
Officers said the two men were dropped off near Elmside, off Station Road, shortly before 3am on January 10, but failed to pay the cabbie the �13.40 fare.
The police are looking for two white males, both described as being 5'10".
Officers said the first man had a spotty complexion, prominent ears, blond or light hair and was wearing a striped t-shirt, a silver necklace and grey hooded top.
The second man officers are keen to trace was described as having dark hair and was wearing a dark jacket and jeans.
