Representatives from Women’s Institutes (WI) in Exmouth and Lympstone were present as the organisation’s centenary baton arrived in Devon.
County chairman Alma Blackmore was also in attendance as the baton made passed through Devon as it makes its way around the country’s WIs as part of the organisation’s centenary celebrations.
