The annual general meeting of the Exmouth Residents' Association will be held on Tuesday, January 22, at the Open Door Centre, Exmouth, starting at 7pm.Once the formal AGM business has been completed, we plan to hold an open discussion on the subject - An ASDA store on the estuaryside: a bright new future or A SAD day for Exmouth?It is an opportunity to voice your initial reactions to the announcement that the council is proposing to select ASM, developers for ASDA, as its preferred partners for developments on the estuaryside and within the town centre.This is a meeting for members, however new members are welcome. They can join after the AGM and take part in the open discussion. The committee is proposing that subscriptions for the coming year should be reduced to £3.
