OTTERTON Mill is wired up for artistic success this summer and has an exhibition reflecting West Country talent which has been extended until September.Seven artists based in the West have contributed metal artwork and sculptures to the 'Wired' show at the venue. Emmy-gai Palmer, Janine Partington, Karina Gill, Owen Thomas, Nathan Watton, David Metcalf and Hannah Queenie Martin display varied work from etched metal to recycled material and home and garden ornaments.On Saturday a demonstration day will accompany the show. Jewellers Steve Whitford and Ann Bruford will demonstrate metal patination techniques, while Owen Thomas will move from the gallery to the workshop to show patination of larger objects. Textile artist Emma Paver will demonstrate knitted wire accessories.
