PANNELL Colin. On October 29th aged 90 years. Devoted husband of the Late Clare, dearest dad to Nick, John and their families. Funeral Service East Devon Crematorium, Whimple Friday November 24th at 12.15pm. A Celebration of Colin's life will take place after the Service at Budleigh Salterton Football Club, to which all are welcome from 1.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations in his memory for Hospiscare may be given at the Service or sent to Richard W. Gegg & Sons, Funeral Directors, 47, Rolle Street, Exmouth EX8 2RS.

I am so sorry to note that Colin Pannel has passed away, I did not realise that Clare had also passed away. Colin has only ever lived in Boyne Road I used to live in 32
we both attended St Peters. May he Rest in Peace I am left with memories of our childhood during the war as we grew up.
To the family keep your memories to your Mum and Dad, they are only in the next room, talk of them as you would in normal times Brian Veal
