Plans to build 52 new homes by Withycombe Brook will once again be considered by Exmouth Town Council.
This is because the much-debated plans, for homes between St Johns Road, Holland Road and Hadrians Way, have been updated to include a new ecology report on protected species at the site, in which the applicants respond to comments from Natural England. The plan has previously drawn sustained objections from residents, and the town council voted to oppose the plan in September.
The revised plan will be considered at a planning committee meeting at Exmouth Town Hall, this Monday, November 12, at 6pm, before East Devon District Council makes the final decision.
