Detailed plans for eight new homes in Littleham have been supported by members of Exmouth Town Council’s planning committee.
The proposal is for the homes, which will all be single-storey, to be built at 41 Littleham Road, currently occupied by one derelict bungalow.
The proposal previously received outline planning approval in 2015.
East Devon District Council will make the final decision regarding permission.
