A plan to build a four-classroom block at an Exmouth primary school has been backed by the town council.
Plans submitted to Devon County Council include the demolition of two temporary double classrooms at Withycombe Raleigh Primary School.
Town councillors agreed to support the application.
Councillor Brenda Taylor said: “I would be pleased to see that these temporary class rooms will be replaced.”
Devon County Council will make the final decision.
