Revised plans to build eight new homes in Exmouth have been approved by East Devon District Council.
Planning permission for the homes to be built on the site of 14 Cyprus Road was previously granted in 2014, however the developer has now come forward with revised access plans.
Members of Exmouth Town Council’s planning committee previously supported the application.
