Proposals for the construction of 10 apartments in Exmouth have been approved by East Devon District Council.
The plan is for the apartments to be built at 83 Salterton Road, with an existing building being demolished.
Members of Exmouth Town Council’s planning committee previously gave their support to the application, after it was amended to address previous concerns about potential overlooking of neighbours, causing a loss of privacy, and the height and mass of the proposal.
