Plans for a new home in Brixington have been recommended for approval by district planners.
The proposed attached home at 30 Little Meadow was previously opposed by Exmouth Town Council, which said it would be overdevelopment, out of keeping and would overlook neighbours. But a report by planning officers to East Devon District Council’s development management committee, which will decide on permission, says the plot is big enough to accommodate it. The committee will rule at its meeting on Tuesday.
