Plan for homes at former Exmouth day centre approved

Plans to create three new homes at a former day centre in Exmouth have been approved by East Devon District Council.
The plan concerns the former Age Concern Exmouth day centre at Landon House, New North Road, including the demolition of part of the existing building, and construction of a two-storey extension.
Members of Exmouth Town Council’s planning committee previously supported the application.
