Plans have been put forward for eight new flats in Exmouth.
The plan concerns a site to the rear of Sam’s Funhouse, St Andrews Road, and would involve the conversion of a building currently used for offices and stores.
Two car parking spaces and bicycle storage will also be provided.
Exmouth Town Council’s planning committee will be consulted about the plan, before East Devon District Council decides on permission.
